Number # of positions: Multiple
Job Duties include but not limited to:
- Manages ongoing EMR/EHR related healthcare information technology software projects.
- Interacts and mentor offsite team.
- Performs requirement gathering, analysis, estimation and implementation.
- Clearly documents, manage and prioritize defects from multiple sources. Collaborate with
development, QA analysts, and Test Engineers to perform root cause analysis. - Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, mock data/services, creating test
cases & testing. - Plan, design, test, implement, and support custom proprietary software applications in various
software languages, platforms and environments. - Evaluate user requests for new or modified requirements.
- Prepared flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate sequence of steps, solutions must follow and to describe logical operations involved.
- Consults with stakeholders to identify program gaps impacting current and future business
Strategies. - Oversee installation of hardware and software, monitor performance of applications after
Implementation. - Conducts user training, performing periodic system updates, interacting with users for future
Enhancements. - Develops and proposes programs to meet business needs and align with organizational vision
and strategy. - Evaluates application effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance
and business outcomes. - Contributes to customer integration effort supporting and guiding them as they integrate our
new solution. - Experience of working in an agile team, Cl/CD with Jenkins and automated deployment;
- Project scheduling & Tracking.
- Focused on Delivery and by ensuring Quality of the Deliverables.
- Performs Requirement Gathering/ Business Analysis.
- Keeps a close eye on the metrics and suggests new solutions to increase the product’s business
Value. - Manage and direct resources, which may include people, data, processes or financial plans.
- Post production support.
- Status Reporting, Handling Escalations.
EDUCATION: Bachelors.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in JD related technologies.
