Job Description:
As an IAM Infrastructure Consultant specializing in cloud technologies, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM infrastructure that supports our cloud initiatives. You will work closely with various teams to ensure secure and efficient access to systems and data, while aligning with best practices and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement IAM solutions tailored for cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) to manage user identities and access permissions effectively.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of IAM infrastructure components, ensuring high availability and security.
- Automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access management using tools like Terraform, Puppet, or similar.
- Evaluate and implement security measures for cloud-based systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Utilize monitoring tools to track IAM activities, identify potential security incidents, and generate compliance reports for stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, security, and DevOps teams to integrate IAM solutions into existing workflows and processes.
- Provide training sessions on IAM practices and maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM configurations and processes.
- Assist in investigating IAM-related security incidents, recommending remediation strategies, and implementing lessons learned.
- Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and cloud security trends to enhance organizational capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IAM consulting or a related role with a focus on security and cloud technologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Azure SSO, AWS IAM, Okta, SiteMinder, ForgeRock, PingFederate).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and security frameworks.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Practice on Linux, Microsoft Windows Server
- Knowledge in RESTful API, Security Markup Language(SAML)
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
